Essex Masters Lodge No. 3256 brings together Reigning Masters, Installed Masters and Past Masters from across the Province of Essex in a spirit of fellowship, support, tradition and good humour.
As the largest Installed Masters’ Lodge in the Constitution, Essex Masters offers a unique opportunity to meet fellow Masters from across the Province, share experience, enjoy excellent companionship and remain closely connected with the wider Masonic family in Essex.
Whether you are newly Installed, recently out of the Chair, or a long-standing Past Master, you will find a warm welcome among brethren who understand the honour, responsibility and enjoyment of serving as Worshipful Master.

Essex Masters Lodge No. 3256 is proud to be a Lodge dedicated to those who have served, or are serving, as Worshipful Master.
The Lodge provides a relaxed and welcoming environment where Masters and Past Masters from across Essex can come together, renew friendships, make new connections and share the experience of Masonic leadership.
Our meetings combine tradition with warmth, dignity with humour, and good ritual with an enjoyable festive board.
Essex Masters is not intended to add pressure to an already busy year in the Chair. Instead, it offers support, encouragement and fellowship from brethren who know exactly what that year involves.

Essex Masters meets three times a year at Saxon Hall, Southend. Our meetings are friendly, well-attended and followed by an enjoyable festive board.

An invitation to eligible Masters
Each year, newly Installed Masters across Essex are invited to join Essex Masters Lodge No. 3256.
This is not a summons, not a request for a reading and not another administrative burden. It is simply an open invitation to enjoy the company of fellow Masters.
Membership is open to eligible Installed and Past Masters who wish to enjoy fellowship, support and good company within one of the Province’s most distinctive Lodges.
£20 per annum, due on 1 September
£10 joining fee

By joining, you will meet brethren from across the Province who have shared the same experience, faced the same challenges and enjoyed the same privilege of serving in the Chair.
There are no hidden tasks, no unexpected demands and no pressure. Just fellowship, encouragement, shared experience and good company.
